PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
With accommodation arranged over three floors this end terrace town house offers deceptively spacious accommodation and is set in a modern courtyard style development within easy striking distance of Southbourne Grove and Pokesdown train station.

Built a little over 4 years ago, the property is presented in exceptional conditional throughout and is a home ready to move into.

Entering the property a nice sized hallway is finished with wood effect flooring and neutral decor, like the rest of the house, stairs lead to the first floor and doors to all ground floor rooms.

The lounge/dining room is set to the rear of property and offers ample space for a range of living room furniture. French doors lead on to the enclosed rear garden, a side aspect window gives additional natural light and there is a useful understairs storage cupboard.

Overlooking the front of property, the separate kitchen comes fitted with a good range of white eye and base level cupboards finished with wood effect working surfaces and tiled splash backs. There is an integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher plus a four ring gas hob with extractor over and electric oven below.

All important, the ground floor also offers a ground floor WC which has a frosted window for natural light/ventilation, fitted with a low level WC and hand wash basin.

Bedroom two and three are set on the first floor. The second bedroom making a good double and overlooking the rear of property with the third set to the front making a good size single room.

The first floor is served by a family bathroom which is nicely finished with a chrome towel rail and two tone tiled walling. There is a side aspect window, low level wc, hand wash basin and bath which has a shower over with shower screen to side.

The master bedroom is set on the top/second floor and is a very generous double room featuring Velux windows to the front and rear aspects. It also benefits from an en-suite which has a large walk in shower, wc and hand wash basin, all nicely finished in a matching style to the family bathroom.
