"A well presented 2 bedroom ground floor flat with gardens to front and rear situated in a cul de-sac on the outskirts of the town.

SITUATION: Beaminster is a small historic town situated in an area designated as being one of outstanding natural beauty. The town centre caters for everyday needs and there is a primary and secondary school conveniently located. The market town of Bridport lies about 6 miles distant to the south and the sea and harbour at West Bay is a further 1.5 miles away. The area is known as the Jurassic Coast with its stunning views and delightful coastal walks.

More extensive facilities can be found in the town of Yeovil about 12 miles to the north and the County Town of Dorchester approximately 17 miles distant.
