The Property

The utility room opens out into a large study which has all the necessary connections to use as a home office, with 'French style' doors leading out to the side of the property and onto a shingle driveway. On the first floor there is a wide landing area with a large landing window with views of the rear garden. The master bedroom has a window to the side elevation, fitted wardrobe cupboards and an en-suite shower room with tiled shower cubicle, pedestal wash basin and a WC. The guest bedroom is an attractive double aspect room with en-suite shower room with tiled shower cubicle, pedestal wash basin and WC. There are three further bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom with roll top bath with shower attachment, corner tiled shower cubicle, pedestal wash basin, WC and timber boarded floor.

The property is approached via a pair of wrought iron gates which lead onto a shingle driveway over which access is shared with the adjoining properties. Upon entering the village of South Lopham, turn right at the parish church towards the village of North Lopham.
