DIRECTIONS:  From Totnes, at the traffic lights midway up the Western Bypass turn, on to the old Plymouth Road. Follow this road and just after the dip in the road turn right on to Punchards Down.  Whiteley Avenue is a turning off on the right hand side and number 57 will be found towards the end of this cul de sac on the left hand side.
