SITUATION East Allington is a peaceful rural South Hams village with its own Inn, highly-regarded Primary School, Church, newly reinstated village shop and an excellent sense of 'community'. It is just a mile or so from the A381 and thus affords easy access to both Kingsbridge and Totnes, both of which offer their own individual range of shops, services and facilities. The coastal town of Dartmouth is 11 miles or so away while the beaches at Slapton are just 4 miles to the south.
