DIRECTIONS
On Foot - From the Plains in Totnes proceed south towards New Walk at the end of the Plains turn right into St Katherine Mews and then take the first turning left into Warland. Continue toward the end of Warland and turn right into Westward Close. A footpath to the right takes you to the bottom of Denys Road. Proceed up the road and number 6 can be found towards the top of the road on the right hand side.By Road - From the Plains in Totnes proceed onto St Katherine Way and turn left into Warland. Go straight on into Moat Hill. The road bends round to the right and leads into Maudlin Road. Denys Road can be found on the right hand side, number 6 can be found on the left hand side.

Totnes is an ancient market town and river port in the South Hams area of South Devon. The busy, narrow streets, dominated by castle and church tower are full of architectural and historic interest, while the green horizon is always visible just beyond the houses.
