SITUATION Northernhay sits on Droridge Lane which is a quiet backwater of Dartington, occupying an elevated position with views over the surrounding wooded valley and local area. Dartington is a very popular South Hams village and benefits from a Village Hall, The Shops at Dartington, popular primary school, Post Office and filling station. The property is within striking distance of Totnes, which, in addition to the main road, can be accessed by a rural route on foot or cycle via the cycle path passing the River Dart.
