"A sizeable and historical 3 / 4 bedroom house on the outskirts of the popular South Hams town of Totnes.
SITUATION True Street House sits just outside Totnes, through Bridgetown, at the junction of the Berry Pomeroy and Paignton roads. The property faces due west and has fantastic views out to Dartmoor in the distance and the rolling hills of the Duke of Somersets estate to the north. Berry Pomeroy provides a small primary school, a village hall where local societies and clubs regularly hold events, and a lovely church. The church, around which much village life is still centred, was featured in the film of Jane Austin's Sense and Sensibility. The bustling and thriving Elizabethan market town of Totnes retains much of its original character, full of interest with a wide range of good local schools, shopping facilities and recreational pursuits including indoor swimming pool and boating opportunities on the River Dart. There is a mainline railway station in Totnes with a link to London Paddington and the A38 is approximately 7 miles away with links to Plymouth, Exeter and the motorway network.
