Situated in a set back position from the main road, the front of this property is bordered with painted brick walls, with a handful of steps to the right which sit adjacent to a generous front lawn with mature shrubs. The steps lead to an ornate front porch, which adorns the entire face of the property. The front door leads into a spacious communal hallway, from which the landlord s store can be accessed, as well as the internal stairs to the additional floors, and entrance to the rear internal courtyard.

Flat 1 is on the second floor, at the top of two flights of central stairs.
