OWNERS INSIGHT

"The bungalow has been my home for ten years, and I have loved my time at Broadley Drive. The location is extremely peaceful, and I have enjoyed the best of coast and country, never tiring of the sea view to Tor Bay in front, and farmland behind me. The garden also gets all the afternoon and evening sun facing westerly. Beautiful walks are on my doorstep, having Manscombe and Scadson Woods either side, and both the stunning Cockington Country park and Torquay sea front a leisurely walk a little further. It has been an emotional decision to make, but I have taken the decision to move closer to my family abroad and start an exciting new chapter of my life."
