This semi-detached bungalow is beautifully situated near the end of a small close, away from passing traffic and with a gate at the end of the garden giving direct access to the towpath of the lovely Grand Western Canal with its abundance of wildlife and scenic walks into miles of open countryside. (We understand that the owner currently pays £25 per annum to the Devon County Council for the use of this access). The property is situated on the eastern outskirts of the town with its excellent range of shops, supermarkets and other amenities about one and a half miles distant, with a local bus thereto closeby.
