This 2 bedroom semi-detached bungalow is very pleasantly situated towards the end of a no-through road and within just a few yards of access to the towpath to the Grand Western Canal.

: From the town centre multi-storey car park take the first exit at the roundabout onto the Great Western Way and carry straight on at the next 2 roundabouts following the signs to Halberton. After passing Blundell's School take the next right into Tidcombe Lane. Follow this road for about half a mile then turn right into Marina Way by Tidcombe School. Take the third turning on the left (just as the road bears right into Ford Road) and the bungalow will be seen on the left hand side.
