38 South View is a three bedroom end of terrace house with a nice size garden. From the hallway the door to the right takes you into the living dining room. A small open fire is centrally positioned and gives the room a cosy atmosphere. Straight on from the hallway is the kitchen. There is an integrated oven and hob and a very useful utility room just beyond where the boiler and W.C is also housed.

On the first floor are the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The main bedroom fits a double bed and there is plenty of space for wardrobes and chest of drawers. Bedroom two is a good size single, again with space to fit your furniture. And the third is a single. The family bathroom has a bath with an attached shower overhead.
