SITUATION Bampton offers a wide variety of shops for everyday needs, a parish church, doctor's surgery and a selection of public houses and restaurants. Exmoor National Park is approximately 3 miles distance providing wonderful riding, country walks and other leisure opportunities in some of the most beautiful countryside and coastal areas found in Britain.   Tiverton is approximately 7 miles distance which offers a further range of shops, supermarkets and commercial facilities including both private and state schools. In addition there is a new district hospital and a new leisure centre complex with swimming pool and tennis courts. Taunton is approximately 19 miles to the east and Exeter approximately 23 miles to the south. DESCRIPTION Located in a cul-de-sac position with views to the rear over open countryside there is double glazing and oil fired central heating, the accommodation consists of three bedrooms, family bathroom, sitting room, kitchen/diner and cloakroom.
