"A lovely three bedroom mid terrace house in a quiet cul-de-sac location with parking, garage and conservatory. The property backs onto Coombe Valley Nature Reserve and benefits from far reaching views down the valley.

Overview Fulfords are delighted to present this three bedroom terraced home in the highly desirable area of Teignmouth.   The property itself benefits from a driveway and garage (with the potential for conversion to another bedroom) as well as a new Worcester - Bosch boiler with gas central heating. The property is also double glazed throughout, including a double glazed conservatory which overlooks the rear garden and pleasant views of the nature reserve behind.
