"A deceptively spacious two three bedroom semi detached house with driveway parking, garage and an enclosed garden at the rear. The property is situated in a sought after location close to all local amenities and offers great potential with lovely views across the garden to the moors in the distance. The property is in need of some slight modernisation but would lend itself as the perfect first time family home.

The accommodation includes an entrance porch leading into a hallway with storage cupboard. The living room is open plan into the dining room, creating a spacious yet cosy living space. Doors lead into the conservatory which overlooks the garden, enjoying the surrounding countryside views. You then proceed through to the kitchen which provides ample storage with a variety of wall and base level units. A side door then leads into the study or potential third bedroom, with a side hallway and a cloakroom with a WC. On the first floor there are two good sized, bright bedrooms alongside a well appointed shower room.

At the front there is a well stocked garden with a wealth of seasonal colour alongside driveway parking, also leading to the garage. The back garden is a generous size and again, well stocked with a wide range of plants and shrubbery and a back door into the garage.
