HOW TO GET THERE From the A38 southbound, leave the A38 at Lower Dean and follow signs for Rattery and Pennywell Farm. Passing Pennywell Farm and the farm shop on the left, continue on this road for approximately 1 mile. Number 3 Yelland is the 3rd property on the right.
