Hill View is conveniently situated within a short walk of local amenities and bus services along Temple Street. The town centre, which offers an excellent range of amenities and of course the popular Regency Esplanade, is approximately half a mile away.

This three bedroom terraced house offers attractive accommodation and retains many of its original features, including feature fireplaces to the majority of the rooms. To the sitting room and main bedroom there is a bay window which takes full advantage of the views across the valley, towards Salcombe Hill and there are glimpses of the sea.
