Particularly spacious detached bungalow, situated in a highly desirable residential area, convenient for bus stop and good local facilities in Woolbrook. Location
Sidmouth is a prosperous seaside town, which nestles in the sheltered valley between the red cliffs overlooking Laymen Bay, which forms part of the Jurassic coastline, England's first natural world heritage site. Sidmouth, once a popular and fashionable resort for the Victorians and Edwardian's including the young Queen Victoria, has a rich blend of Regency and Victorian buildings.

Sidmouth, today, has an excellent range of amenities including an extensive shopping centre, large supermarket, cinema, theatre, library and modern health centre. There is also a sports hall with a gym and indoor swimming pool as well as excellent facilities for sailing, golf, and indoor and outdoor bowls. There are also thriving cricket and rugby clubs. There are several primary schools, a community college and Church's of various denominations. The lovely beaches at Sidmouth or nearby Branscombe and Ladram Bay are particularly beautiful. The cathedral city of Exeter, M5 motorway (junction 30) and Exeter international airport lie approximately 15 miles north west of Sidmouth and numerous pretty villages intersperse the wonderful surrounding countryside, which is a walkers delight.

Directions
Upon leaving Halls office on the High Street, proceed in a northerly direction along Radway, Vicarage Road, Temple Street and Arcot Road. At the recreation ground, turn left to continue along Arcot Road. Proceed straight over at the roundabout and follow Woolbrook Road for approximately 1/4 of a mile and Higher Woolbrook Park will be found on the left.
