This conveniently situated basement flat forms part of a well known crescent known as Fortfield Terrace. The terrace is situated to the west side of the town centre and at ground floor level, it enjoys a most attractive view over Sidmouths cricket ground and out to sea.

This basement flat is accessed at ground floor level, with an outside staircase leading down to the lower ground floor. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, a well fitted kitchen with a built in oven, hob and cooker hood and there is a good size sitting room with a recessed fireplace. From here there is an inner lobby which gives access into a double bedroom and the bathroom. From the bedroom there is a door leading to outside, where there is an undercover store.
