Situated in a sought after location, a short distance from 'The Byes' riverside walk and cycle path, is this charming Grade II Listed terraced cottage. From our office on the High Street in Sidmouth proceed up the road, passing over the roundabout and taking the next right into Salcombe Road. Follow the road over the bridge, passing the entrance to 'The Byes' on your left hand side joining Sid Road. Follow the road for a little under half a mile, where Sid Lane will then be found on the left hand side. If you are arriving by car, and are not familiar with the area, parking is suggested in Sidgard Road, which is the second turning on the right after Sid Lane.
