"Belvedere Court is an impressive Regency style mansion set in a stunning elevated location with sea glimpses or countryside views from many of the 17 apartments. This one bedroom apartment is fitted to the highest standard of modern design with glorious views and in addition has an allocated underground parking space.

COMMUNAL ENTRANCE: Impressive wrought iron electronic gates to the front with video entry system opens onto the drive where there is ample visitor parking. The apartment has one allocated underground parking space. The main door has additional camera security which leads to the main foyer where there is a lift to all floors plus two staircases to either side of the building (One stone spiral staircase located within the turrett and one wooden) these lead to a small foyer where there are entrance doors to three apartments each with individual spy holes.

HALLWAY Once inside there is a long and spacious hallway with steps and hand rail leading down into the apartment. There is access from the hallway via a pull down wooden loft ladder to a mezzanine floor providing a useful large decorated and carpeted storage area with power and lighting.

There is a Franke stainless steel one and half bowl sink with a coil mixer tap over. Miele stainless steel integral electric eye level microwave and oven. LOUNGE AREA: Two further uPVC sash windows to the side and rear aspects giving stunning views over Peak hill, the golf course and the town. In the lounge area there are two TV points, satellite point and two phone points. Telephone camera security entry system.

DINING AREA: There is wood effect laminate flooring throughout the lounge, dining and kitchen area. Off the dining area there is a spacious cupboard housing the boiler, fuse board and shelving for storage. There is a dimmer switch that controls all the lights in the room and the heating control for the underfloor heating in that room.

Low level wc with concealed cistern. Wall mounted modern tempered glass hand wash bowl with shelf and wooden cupboard under. Additional shelf for further storage. Fitted illuminated mirror. Obscure window to the front aspect with a wooden venetian blind. Deep bath with glass tiled panel and mains shower over and glass shower screen. Extractor fan. Shaver point.
