Description

Located on one of the most popular residential roads in this highly sought after village, this well presented semi detached home boasts light and airy accommodation with well proportioned rooms and with the added benefit of a conservatory and driveway parking. First Floor
Stairs rise from the sitting room and turn to the First Floor Landing with a hatchway to the loft space, stripped wooden floorboards and doors with transom windows to all upstairs rooms. Bedroom 1 has a window to the front and stripped wooden floorboards. Bedroom 2 is also a good sized double with a window to the rear, stripped wooden floorboards and a cupboard over the stairs housing the hot water storage cylinder and slatted shelving. The Bathroom has a frosted window to the side and is fitted with a panelled bath with mixer tap and shower over, low level WC, pedestal hand basin with mirror fronted cabinet over and fully tiled walls.

Outside

To the front of the property is a driveway providing parking for two vehicles with a path leading to the front door and to a side gate, with the remainder mainly laid to lawn.
The rear garden faces south and is also mainly laid to lawn with hedged and fenced perimeters, the rear boundary being on a Devon bank.
