"This sizeable two bedroom mid terrace property is located within a lovely quiet street in Prince Rock offering easy access to the local amenities, bus links, schools and is only a walk from the city centre. The property will require modernisation throughout but once done will be a lovely property for a buy to let or first time buy. You enter into a hallway which offers access to all rooms and a rear door gives access out to the rear courtyard. There is a generous lounge to the front of the property and a kitchenbreakfast room behind. There are a number of storage cupboards and the bathroom is located at the back of the property. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with many in the street splitting the main into two smaller rooms to offer a three bedroom design. There is potential to also place the bathroom upstairs if desired and make the main bedroom slightly smaller. The rear courtyard has two sheds but if more space were desired these could be taken away to offer more seating. This property benefits from GCH, Upvc DG and is being offered with no onward chain.
