" 'Wickham' is a fabulous limestone fronted Victorian mid-terrace residence which occupies a delightful location on this desirable tree-lined avenue with splendid views across parkland opposite. The property is situated less than one mile from Plymouth Centre. Circa 1898, the property has many Victorian character features commensurate with this era including original marble and Victorian fireplaces, ceiling roses, ornate mouldings, coved ceilings, carved newel post, picture and dado rails. The property has been extensively, thoughtfully and sympathetically renovated and remodelled with most of the works being completed in 2010 and an internal inspection of this truly remarkable family house can be strongly advised. The accommodation comprises an entrance hallway, a sitting room with marble fireplace, a dining room with original Victorian fireplace, a cloakroom/w.c. and the magnificent and imaginatively extended kitchen/breakfast room which has a family area which in turn has bi-folding doors leading to the south facing walled gardens. The kitchen has a range of built-in quality units including a built-in Neff microwave/grill/convection oven, a separate oven, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, Bosch ceramic hob and a filter water/boiling tap. The bi-folding doors are a splendid feature and lead from the family area to the south facing deck and gardens. On the first floor is a master suite which has a luxury bathroom and a dressing room. There are two further bedrooms and a superb bathroom with roll top bath, shower and a separate w.c. The Vendor is an artist and uses the splendid attic room as a studio (occasional bedroom 4). The studio has two Velux windows and enjoys 180 degree views from Staddon Heights, across the City, Plymouth Sound, towards Mount Edgcumbe and Cornwall. Extensively improved, the property has uPVC double glazing with uPVC sash windows to the front elevation, gas central heating with a new boiler, many new carpets and a security system. To the rear are south facing walled gardens. There is a large deck area and a gravelled slate garden area. There is a large garage with remote control roller door.

AGENTS NOTE This truly is an exceptional property and an internal inspection can be strongly advised.
