"DESCRIPTION A well appointed mid terrace Victorian family home in a convenient location just a short walk from all amenities and a regular bus link. The property benefits from well proportioned accommodation arranged over two floors, presented to a good standard throughout and retaining many original features to include stained glass, panelled doors, fireplaces, moulded ceilings and much more. Multi-panelled front door with stained glass insert leading to the entrance porch with a terracotta tiled floor, half height wooden panelling and a further stained glass inner door leading to the entrance hall where there is a decorative moulded ceiling, original door bell, carpeted staircase to the first floor with painted hand rail and spindles, ample understairs storage and a doorway to the rear garden. A doorway gives access to the sitting room with a large bay to the front elevation with a recently installed PVCu double glazed window, moulded ceiling with ceiling rose, picture rail and a feature painted slate fireplace with a cast iron insert, ornate tiles and open grate.
