"Property Description.

Situated in the popular area of Stoke in Plymouth this 2 bedroom mid terrace house is a bit of a one off. Having been extended to the rear, the kitchen diner is absolutely stunning and for anyone viewing this property it will be hard not to fall in love with it. It is beautifully done with so much space, the mood lighting gives it the finishing touch and to make sure the kitchen is always flooded with light there is a roof lantern.

From the kitchen diner there is a door to the rear courtyard and the downstairs shower room. The shower room continues the quality feel in this property, with a large shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet with a large mirror over with built in touch screen lighting.

From the diner area there is a door to what would be the understairs storage cupboard.......However this has been converted to an understairs bar, for those that enjoy socialising this house is perfect.

The living room is at the from of the house and is perfect for those cosy winter evenings by the fire, as with the rest of the house it has a lovely feel about it.

As you climb the stairs to the first floor, sensors trigger the stair lights, for me these small details can make such a difference on a home. The first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, with the master having built in wardrobes, whilst the second double has access to the loft. Please not the loft has no building regulations or fixed staircase, so isn t classed as a bedroom, but accessed via a loft ladder, when you get up there it is fully converted with a Velux window, all the insulation you would expect and a recess for a TV. The current owners have used the room as a bedroom for when they have family down.

To the rear of the property there is a private courtyard with access to the rear service lane.
