"This spacious two bedroom property is located within a lovely spot in Kings Tamerton and offers lovely open views as well as providing easy access to local amenities, bus links and schools. You enter into a sizeable entrance hallway which flows into the lounge and kitchen and offers plenty of room to comfortably greet guests with space for coats and shoes. The lounge is a generous size and offers a pleasant and peaceful outlook out over the frontage. There is a sliding door which gives access to the dining room offering a lovely sociable flow when entertaining. There is a well formed kitchen in place however a kitchendiner layout could easily be achieved by the new owner. There is a lovely enclosed, private and south facing garden to the rear which would be lovely throughout the summer months. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom includes a dressing area which many in the neighbourhood have reworked to turn the upstairs into a three bedroom property.
