"This is such a lovely family home situated within a delightful cul de sac in Plympton close to a great school in Yealmpstone Farm Primary, local amenities and bus and commuter routes. This home would someone looking for minimal work with everything being modern and immaculate throoughout, you really could just move in and enjoy living within this great space. There is a welcoming entrance hallway prior to the larger than average lounge/diner which is a lovely sociable room, linking with the modern refitted kitchen.
