* Hallway * Living Room * Dining Room * Kitchen * Two double Beds * Small third bedroom * Bathroom * Separate WC * Courtyard *

This is three bedroom end of terrace town house that is located in a small cul-de-sac just off Hyde Park Road in Peverell. The significance of the location is that it is not just convenient for the shops and the city centre, but it is just minutes walk of the well regarded Hyde Park School.

The accommodation is a little tired in places but has all the basics in place including gas central heating, uPVC double glazing and modern wiring. It's got charm and character, and would make for a lovely home.

Room wise, on the ground floor at the front is the living room which has a feature fireplace and connects through a wide archway into the separate dining room. The kitchen has been fitted with a modern range of beech style units with room for the essential appliances and two windows that lighten the room looking out into the private courtyard.

The main bedroom is particularly airey in that it has an extra window to the side which floods the room with light as well as providing a nice outlook over the city. Bedroom three alongside is a small child's room and could even be reinstated with the main bedroom to make a stunning master bedroom. Bedroom two is a good sized double whilst off the half-landing is the bathroom and separate WC.

The rear courtyard is private with pedestrian access around the side and best of all it has an open and sunny aspect.

The street itself is a small cul-de-sac with very little traffic going up or down with parking controlled with a permit system which helps to keep everything in order.

The house is sold on a Freehold basis with no onward chain.
