A one and a half bowl sink with drainer is positioned beneath a uPVC double glazed window to the front aspect, beneath which space, with plumbing, is available for a washing machine and dishwasher. Also inset into the worksurface is a four ring gas hob, with a fitted gas oven under and canopy style extractor over, and further space is provided for an upright fridge/freezer. At one side a door opens into a useful larder cupboard and a further door leads back out into the entrance hall.
