Estover
Located to the north of the city Estover is a residential area with great transport links to both the city and outlying areas. The area is popular with families and first time buyers especially as it has good local schools, and is in close proximity to shops, Derriford Hospital and the local nature reserve at Southway and Leigham. Asda supermarket is just a short walk away from this property as is Torbridge School. The area comprises a mixture of properties from large four bedroom homes to smaller one and two bedroom starter homes and with such good local amenities appeals to a wide variety of buyer.

Plymouth City
Plymouth is a `port` city which has a long standing heritage to the marine way of life.
