"Nicely presented mid terrace home, offering a high standard of decor throughout, situated in this popular area within easy access of Thornbury Primary School, Derriford Hospital and routes in and out of Plymouth City Centre. The property features include a level, South facing, enclosed rear garden and off road parking for at least two vehicles, we therefore advise an early viewing to avoid disappointment. THREE BEDROOMS - LOUNGE - 21" MODERN KITCHEN/DINER - SOUTH FACING LEVEL REAR GARDEN - MODERN BATHROOM - SEPARATE WC - GAS CENTRAL HEATING - uPVC DOUBLE GLAZING - DRIVEWAY PARKING FOR TWO CARS Ground Floor Entrance Hall: The front of the property is reached from the two car driveway. Adjacent to the front door, a storm porch incorporates an external storage cupboard which houses the combination boiler servicing the hot water and central heating for the property. Directions From Derriford roundabout on the A386 Tavistock Road, take the hospital exit onto Derriford Road. Follow the road round to the left for around 150m and the property can be found facing you, as you reach the T-junction at the end of the road."
