Stay on this road, crossing Laira Bridge, and going straight over at the next three roundabouts. At the fourth roundabout, take the third exit signposted Wembury/Elburton. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Reservoir road. Bear right onto Staddiscombe Road and then take the first left into Greenhill Road and the property can be found after some distance on the left hand side.
