This is a lovely 2 double bedroom detached bungalow which is quietly situated in a small, almost 'rural' feeling, lane in the popular Crownhill district of the City.

The property is double fronted with the rooms arranged around a central hallway. At the front on the left is the living room which measures 12ft 8 into the bay. Behind this room is the second of the 2 bedrooms which overlooks the rear garden. On the opposite side of the hallway, at the front, is the main bedroom which is an identical size to the living room. The dining room is an excellent size with a window to the side and a door leading into a rear lobby. Off the lobby is a useful shower room which is fitted with a modern suite and electric shower.
