"This extended Victorian mid terraced home is situated in the popular Keyham residential location, within easy access of the Dockyard and major routed in and out of Plymouth City Centre. The property is available with NO CHAIN and has been extended to the rear to now feature a sizeable open-plan kitchen and dining room along with separate lounge, large bathroom and two well-proportioned double bedrooms. Additionally there is gas central heating, uPVC double glazing and a small courtyard at the rear. An ideal first time buy or buy to let investment. Ground Floor Entrance Vestibule: A uPVC obscure double glazed door opens into the entrance vestibule. Further part-glazed door opens into the: Lounge: c. 13' 4" (4.06m) max. into bay x 13' 2" (4.01m) max.
