"Located in this sought after area and set within a quiet cul-de-sac is this 1970`s built semi detached family home that boasts spacious accommodation. The house, which is arranged over 3 floors, has a total of 5 bedrooms or perhaps 4 double bedrooms and an office/study which could also be used as a dining room. To the rear of the property is the large kitchen/diner which has been very well fitted with a range of stylish units with a large range cooker.

Off the first floor landing there are 3 double sized bedrooms and a modern fitted family bathroom.

The lower ground floor also has much to offer. From the hallway there is another front door opening up possibilities of an annex on this level. There is a 4th bedroom or study which could of course be used as a dining room.

To the rear of the house on this level is another very good sized bedroom. To complete the accommodation here there is a seperate cloakroom with shower room, wc and sink, there is a utility room/second kitchen.
