"A charming older style DETACHED BUNGALOW set in a private corner position, enjoying sea views and only a short walk from the shops and buses at Churston Broadway via the adjacent footpath. The bungalow offers versatile accommodation, principally on the ground floor but with the added bonus of a large living room or bedroom at first floor level openinig onto a large roof terrace enjoying super sea and open views. All of the rooms are of a generous size.  The bungalow is entered via a large hallway, leading to the 17' lounge of which there is a 24' sun lounge overlooking the garden.  There is a separate dining room and both bedrooms are doubles.  The upstairs room lends itself to a variety of uses, most recently as a second living room enjoying a panoramic sea and open view over Elberry Cove and the sea of the bay towards Torquay.  The garden is a feature of this property, wrapping around the bungalow and enjoying a good degree of privacy.  There is gas fired central heating and many of the windows are double glazed, however the bungalow would now benefit from up-dating and improvement.
