SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION

Henleaze is a substantial, detached house, believed to have been constructed in the 1930's and located on the edge of the highly sought after moorland town of Mortonhampstead and with open countryside to the side. In need of renovation and improvement, this is a wonderful opportunity for someone to create a comfortable family home to their own specifications or to purchase for development, subject to planning consent. Situated in a well-proportioned plot with good, level, enclosed front garden, this three bedroomed house has a great deal to offer.

Mortonhampstead is the centre of North East Dartmoor. There is an excellent range of shops and facilities to suit most needs and this small town is surrounded by some of the most beautiful parts of Dartmoor National Park. Two roads lead to the cathedral city and county town of Exeter which can be reached in about 35 minutes by car and where there is direct access to the M5 for other parts of the country. Mortonhampstead has a primary school and there is bus service for local pupils and students to South Dartmoor Community College in Ashburton.

To locate from the centre of Mortonhampstead, follow the sign to Princetown and Henleaze will be found approximately a quarter of a mile along on the right hand side just before the open countryside.
