SITUATION The property is situated within level walking distance of the centre of this popular Dartmoor town which has an excellent range of facilities including a health centre, bank, primary school and a number of shops including a Co-op, greengrocers, butchers/deli, post office and hardware store plus cafes and pubs. There are many footpaths from the town which lead into the surrounding countryside, offering a variety of local walks without having to get into the car.
 
Moretonhampstead is set within the Dartmoor National Park with its rolling countryside offering ample opportunity for numerous outdoor pursuits including walking, cycling, riding and fishing.
 
The larger towns of Bovey Tracey (7 miles) and Newton Abbot (12 miles) both offer a wider range of shops and services. SERVICES All mains services are connected. Gas-fired central heating. DIRECTIONS From Exeter Exe Bridges roundabout proceed on the B3212 to Moretonhampstead. On approaching the first crossroads go straight ahead passing the Co-Op on the right and No.42 will be found on the right just after the decorative balustrade ends.
