SITUATION
Park Road stands in a convenient position just off the main Newton Abbot to Torquay road giving easy access to both towns. The Willows out of town shopping centre is with in a few minutes drive with its Sainsburys Super Store, Marks and Spencer and numerous other retail outlets.
