DIRECTIONS
To locate the property from the Hamelin Way roundabout on the outskirts of Torquay, proceed along the A380 towards Newton Abbot. After approximately 1 mile, turn left into Water Lane (just before the over-road bridge). Turn left at the top of the hill into Fore Street and Number 20 will be found on the left hand side.

SITUATION
This older style cottage is most conveniently situated right in the heart of the village which offers an excellent range of local amenities including Post Office Store, 7 day mini Supermarket, Medical Centre, Primary School, Churches, Garage, Inns and a variety of other shops.

There is a regular bus service to the nearby towns of Newton Abbot and Torquay and the "Out of Town" shopping at the Willows with Marks and Spencer, Sainsburys, Next etc is approximately 2 miles away.

DESCRIPTION
