Location
Highweek is a small village located in the suburbs of Newton Abbot. The area itself has both a primary and secondary school, a village hall, church, pub and convenience store. Newton Abbot town centre is approximately one mile away and has a wide range of high street shops, several supermarkets, leisure facilities, hospital and A&E department. There`s also the mainline railway station reaching London Paddington in around 2.5 hours. The A38 Devon Expressway is approximately 3 miles away, and provides a direct link to the cites of Plymouth and Exeter as well as the M5, so is a perfect location for commuters.

Description
As you enter the property via a decorative stain glass door, you are greeted by a generous sized living room, the room is flooded with light due to a large bay window at the front of the property. The room has stripped wooden floor boards, which run throughout the downstairs hallway and reception rooms, and it also benefits from a wood burner and an impressive high ceiling.

As you move towards the back of the property there is a second reception room, which is currently being used as the dining room. From here you can also access the modern fitted kitchen. From the kitchen there is a glass extension which was added to the property by the current owner, this serves as a utility space with pluming and space for appliances.
