A fantastic  5 bedroom Detached family home in Newton Abbot.

This is a unique opportunity to aqcuire an executive detached home set in a half acre plot. It is located in a sought after location on the edge of Dartmoor, near to the sea and close to  the market town of Newton Abbot.

There is spacious accomodation throughout , with  gas fired central heating, replacement UPVC double glazing all round and under floor heating in the family/entertainment room, WC, master bedroom and ensuite.

From the front , the accomodation starts with an entrance porch leading to a porcelain tiled hallway and the bespoke oak , steel and glass staircase being a real feature.

The main oak floored living room is open plan and has a modern gas fire with black granite hearth. There are  bi- folding glazed doors leading to the porcelain tiled family/entertainment room. This area has a built in modern bar with granite worktops, "disco" lighting and fully folding powder coated metal doors leading onto the granite tiled patio , pool area and garden.

Also on the ground floor there is a modern tiled WC and three further rooms, a dining/music room and a well fitted kitchen/breakfast room with black granite worktops throughout and having a stainless steel range cooker and integrated dishwasher .There is then the utility room with plumbing for washing machine and access to the double garage and  gardens. The  garage has an electric remote controlled up and over door. Just outside is the boiler room and plumbing for the updated central and under floor heating. There is a high pressure Flo-master water tank, which supplies plenty of hot water for the 4 high pressure mains showers in the household. 

On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms , four of which are generous sized doubles. The fifth room is currently used as an office , but would be a small double bedroom or a large single.  The master bedroom has a large ensuite with double shower . A built in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors runs the length of the main wall. This room has a vaulted ceiling with French windows opening onto a Juliet balcony with fabulous views of the rear garden and the countryside beyond.  The second main bedroom also has an ensuite and the other 3 bedrooms are serviced by a large family bathroom. 

Outside there is a very large  brick paved driveway with parking for up to 6 vehicles , and  a good sized front lawn area . To the side of the property there is a large level stone chipped area ideal for a large motorhome, caravan or boat.

The fully enclosed rear gardens are a real feature. The South West  facing aspect  enjoys sunshine all day  and evening, and the family room opens up onto the paved area and poolside. There is an outdoor shower area ( hot water ) near to the pool and hot tub.  There is also a large electric awning fitted above the family room doors, providing shade on those summers days, or shelter from spring / autumn showers.The hot-tub adjacent to the pool is included in the sale, as are the robotic pool cleaning machine and a ride on lawn mower.
