Wallfield Road runs through the desirable Brimley neighbourhood on the west side of Bovey Tracey and is just minutes from the town centre and open moorland. Bovey Tracey has a full range of local amenities including medical, veterinary and dental services, banks, shops, library, churches and inns. The A38 dual carriageway linking Plymouth and Exeter is about two miles and there are main line railway stations at Exeter and Newton Abbot.
