SITUATION
The property stands within the outer fringes of this attractive town, set a short distance of the Dartmoor National Park Moorlands and well located for easy accessibility to the main A38 between the cities of Exeter and Plymouth, both of which are within easy commuting. There are mainline railways stations at Newton Abbot and Exeter. Within Bovey Tracey town centre there are a variety of shops and amenities, together with a Primary School close by.
