A well-presented two bedroom mid terraced house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Newton Abbott. The property consists of a good sized lounge, a newly fitted kitchen/diner, two bedrooms - one double and one single - and gardens to the front and rear. Allocated parking plus visitor parking. General ConditionsIf an offer is made for the tenancy, the Agents will take an administration fee of ?150 (plus VAT) plus ?50 (plus VAT) for additional tenants before taking up references.
