Hawthorns is a detached bungalow which is thought to have been built in the 1970s and is finished with principally painted rendered elevations with brick and tiled relief, under a tiled roof. The well planned accommodation has undergone a number of improvements and benefits from having double glazing and a gas fired central heating system. Outside, the gardens extend around on three sides of the property and take advantage of a south westerly aspect at the rear. A garage and a drive provide parking.

The bungalow is situated in Coombe Close, in a well regarded part of the town.
