"OPEN HOUSE SATURDAY 31ST JANUARY 2015 12NOON TO 2PM. A spacious detached bungalow situated in a popular lane side location close to the village centre and well placed for access to local and highly regarded primary and secondary schools. The bungalow was built in the 1970`s and has been well maintained by the current owner who has been in the property for 35 years. The accommodation comprises a spacious living/dining room with a lovely outlook across the garden and to adjoining fields, kitchen (now slightly dated), spacious hallway, three bedrooms, one with en-suite w.c. and family bathroom. There is a large fourth bedroom/reception room which was converted from the former garage. Outside, to the front is a tarmac driveway with plenty of turning space and a large car port. At the back of the property is a good sized, mainly level garden facing south east and having a lovely rural outlook across adjoining fields and towards the hillside above.

A bank forms the border with the neighbour on the lower side, which was the former railway embankment and this provides good privacy from this side. The back garden is virtually level and backs onto a small paddock which in turn leads to another field and hills beyond, all of which gives the property quite a rural feel and a lovely outlook. There are a good many mature shrubs along one side of the garden with an old summer house at the end. Otherwise the garden s mainly laid to lawn with a weeping willow at its centre and a paved patio beside the house. The back is south east facing.
