The adjoining utility room houses the Worcester Heatslave oil-fired boiler (central heating and hot water) and there is a raised plinth for a washing machine etc.. There is access from the utility room to a separate WC (with low level suite and hand basin) and the former garage, now used as a store with cupboard storage space, electric, power and light.
